1. Who we are
   NewFans is operated by 1M Marketing LLC. NewFans and NewFans Pro help independent artists sell music drops, merch, events, and fan offers directly to fans. NewFans Pro is a web app built on Bubble. Creators can connect their own keys for OpenAI, ConvertKit, Twilio or SuperPhone, Printful, and Stripe Connect.
    
2. What this policy covers
   This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have when you use https://newfans.io and related services.
    
3. Data we collect
   Account data
   • Name, email, password or single sign on id
   • Roles such as Artist or Fan
   • Profile fields such as bio, avatar, links
    

Commerce data
• Drops, albums, tracks, prices, inventory
• Orders, payment status, receipts
• Shipping and fulfillment info when merch is involved

Integrations and keys provided by creators
• OpenAI, ConvertKit, Twilio or SuperPhone, Printful, Stripe Connect identifiers or tokens that you add in settings

Usage and device data
• Pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location, device and browser info
• Cookies and similar tech for sign in, security, and analytics

Messages and agent logs
• Emails and SMS you send through the app
• Agent input and output stored in AgentLog and AI Agent Memory

Events and access
• Event registrations, livestream access, and related purchase records

Support and safety
• Reports, content flags, and moderation actions

Sensitive data
• We do not require sensitive categories. Do not send sensitive data in open fields.

2. Payments and card data
   Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects payment details and handles card data. NewFans does not store full card numbers.

   • Provide, maintain, and secure the service
   • Process payments with Stripe Connect
   • Fulfill merch with Printful when enabled
   • Send email and SMS on your instruction through your own provider keys
   • Run AI agents that create goals, tasks, offers, content, and messages
   • Prevent fraud and abuse
   • Comply with law and enforce terms
    
4. Sharing of data
   With artists you support
   • When a fan purchases from or subscribes to an artist, we share needed contact and purchase info with that artist so they can deliver the product, communicate with the fan, and manage the relationship
    

Service providers and integrations
• Stripe Connect for payments
• Printful for merch fulfillment
• ConvertKit for email
• Twilio or SuperPhone for SMS
• OpenAI for AI features
• Bubble and Firebase for hosting, storage, and authentication

Business operations and compliance
• Cloud and security vendors
• Professional advisors and auditors
• Law enforcement or regulators when required

We share only what is needed to run the service. You can remove connected services at any time by removing your keys in settings. We do not sell personal data.

   We use essential cookies for login, security, and checkout. We may use analytics cookies to improve product performance. You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may limit features.

   • Access, correct, or delete your data
   • Export your data when available
   • Change your marketing preferences
   • Remove connected service keys in settings
   • Opt out of certain sharing for marketing at https://newfans.io/opt-out
    
3. California privacy rights
   Residents of California have the right to request
   • Access to categories and specific pieces of personal information
   • Correction or deletion of personal information
   • Information about sharing for a business purpose
   • The right to opt out of sale or sharing for cross context behavioral advertising
   We do not sell personal data. If you wish to limit sharing beyond what is needed to provide the service use the opt out page at https://newfans.io/opt-out or email hi@newfans.io.
    
4. Data retention
   We keep data while your account is active. We retain records as needed for legal, tax, fraud prevention, and security. We remove or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
    
5. International transfers
   We may process data in the United States and other countries. We use lawful transfer tools where required.
    
6. Children
   The service is not for children under 13. If you believe we collected data from a child contact us and we will delete it.
    
7. Security
   We use technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
    
8. Third party accounts and disconnect
   You can connect and disconnect third party accounts at any time in settings. When you connect accounts you allow sharing of data needed for that integration. If you do not want data shared do not connect the account or remove the key.
    
9. Changes to this policy
   We will post updates here and update the effective date. For material changes we will provide a notice in the app.
