As a Beta Tester, you will do the following:
- create an account
- create and/or develop your music catalog
- upload unlimited amount of music within the app to test
- make money directly from your fans
- provide feedback directly to the CEO of NewFans
You should apply if you:
- are serious about entrepreneurship
- are interested in creating and/or developing a catalog
- are currently trying to gain more active users on your social media pages
- want to make money outside of streaming
- don't want to sign with a record label
- have a website with low traffic and/or don't have a website
- have a handle/page on social media
- have a Spotify page or recently removed your music from Spotify
- have 1 or more fans and/or active listeners on Spotify
- are interested in direct to fan sales

NewFans is an app for artists to help them create streams of income by connecting directly to their fanbase.
The app will benefit Independent Artists who want to monetize their fanbase. Artists are relying on streaming revenue to make money from their music. Streaming revenue is less than a penny per stream, and upcoming artists don’t see a return on their investment. They are also struggling with growing their fanbase and marketing to their target audience.The current social media apps and music platforms do not allow them to see the data from their audience.

Artists will get paid for their music via Stripe account.

The app is completed and coming out soon. There's a free version and a paid version. The beta testers will get the paid version for free. In the paid version, artists could upload unlimited music onto the app. I'm asking for direct feedback from the beta testers in exchange for the paid version.
We will continue to add features in later versions of the app. In the first version, artists do not have the option to create a membership for their fans. Artists will be able to sell EPs direct to fan and get paid directly.
Artists will get paid after their first sale. The money goes directly to them.
For example, I'm estimating that artists will get paid within 2 days from when their fans by an EP on the NewFans app. If a fan buys their EP from iTunes, the artist will have to wait at least 2 months to receive that payment.
It's not a music streaming app. Although I'm not opposed to creating streaming options in the future. It's more so like iTunes, but I plan to add more marketing features in the future.
